SCENE 1. ALBERT DOCK, LIVERPOOL-NIGHT
(THERE IS NO-ONE AROUND BUT THE SEAGULLS- OR SO IT SEEMS)
(Harry Hawk drives past on a powerboat)

Harry: (Patting the boot) Stay here! (He sees a laser on the bonnet) (He ducks on the floor and rolls away from the bullets) (He shoots into the shadows and a man falls down)

Harry (cont'd): There must be more! (He walks back into the shadows) (A man grabs him) (Harry throws him over his back and knocks over a tonne of boxes) (Harry opens the box)

Harry (cont'd) it’s an arsenal of weapons! (Two guards run over)

Guard 1: Oy! Mister! Turn around! (Harry obeys)

Guard 2: We got him!

Harry: Correction! You HAD me! (He shows them a lighted fuse) (Harry swings on a chain and kicks the guards over) (The bombs explode)

Harry: I know you had more political ideas for them bombs, but I use them for sheer entertainment! (He is shot at again)

Harry (cont'd) - Do they ever give up? (He sees the guards) (He rolls underneath a crate and shoots down two guards) (He looks at the box near which the guards are)

Harry: Extremely flammable, eh? Dares I?(He lights a match and throws it across onto the crate) (It makes the guards flinch and they fall into the water)

Harry: (cont'd): I'm a very naughty boy! (Five guards surround Harry)

Guard 3- It's seems the hunter has become the hunted! (They take him aboard a ship into a lair) (There are lots of electromagnetic machines and a cut out layer of water)

Harry: Ah! Dr. Schneider, happy to see you’re sane again.

Dr. Schneider: Don't play games with me, Hawk!

Harry: I know. The last time we played games you came out legless. (He points to Schneider’s artificial leg)

Dr. Schneider: Don't make me laugh, Hawk! Besides, you don't want to say "auf wiedershen" to Klaus Rosenthal! (He points to the door, where two guards have held of Klaus)

Harry: So you're the one who took the ambassador of Austria!

Dr. Schneider: Not took, borrowed! That's unless you try to blow my scheme!

Klaus: Don't listen to him, Harry! I'm not worth it!

Dr. Schneider: Isn't he pathetic? Make your choice, Hawk! (Hawk sighs)

Harry: It’s not worth ruining someone’s life (He walks over to Klaus)

Dr. Schneider: That's what I like! Imprison them!

Harry: What do you mean?

Dr. Schneider: Well you have him, don't you? (Harry kicks down the guards and pulls a lever) (It collapses into the water and explodes) (Klaus is hit by the shrapne; he collapsesl)

Dr. Schneider: Kill Rosenthal! (Harry helplessly watches as Klaus is shot)

Harry: Happy now? (He shoots down guards on the stairs and runs up them) (The stairs collapse behind him)

Schneider: You're trapped! (Harry looks at a button saying electromagnet) (He presses it) (Schneider falls to the ground as his artificial leg becomes attracted to the magnet)

Harry: Ha, Schneider, something finds you attractive! (Harry grabs a bar and jumps down) (He throws two guards into the water and shoots the other two) (He places a bomb down and runs onto deck) (He jumps off deck into the water and onto his power boat) (The ship explodes)

Harry (cont'd) that’s a good girl! (He rides off until he is stopped by guards)

SCENE 2. M-I5
(Harry is thrown into the room to see a man at a desk)

Harry: Ah, destiny brings us together again, Paul.

Brannigan: That's Sir. Brannigan to you!

Harry: I don't work for MI-5 anymore, Sir. Brannigan! I call you what I like!

Brannigan: Did your mother never teach you the rules of society? You don't kill a man who has nothing to do with you!

Harry: I have a licence to kill, and I intend to use it well.

Brannigan: Seemingly like tonight's actions.

Harry: What do you mean by that?

Brannigan: A certain Klaus Rosenthal...

Harry: I sacrificed the mission for Klaus!

Brannigan: Correction! OUR mission! MI-5 takes these cases!

Harry: You had no idea of what was happening! If I hadn't have been there, only the Lord knows what Schneider would be doing!

Brannigan: Don't kid me, Harry! Schneider died!

Harry: That's what you thought Brannigan! I told you when I hunted him out, he wasn't dead! Yet you told them he was lost in action!

Brannigan: Do not question my actions!

Harry: Like I said, I don't work for MI-5 anymore! I can do what I like!

Brannigan: You can not leave, Harry Hawk! Like I said, you're a suspect and it's our right to make sure you're rightfully questioned!

Harry: Wait... You don't want to interrogate me, do you?

Brannigan: No wonder you passed through Oxford with such ease!

Harry: Don't mess me about, Brannigan! There may be guards outside, but there's none in here! (he pulls out a gun)

Brannigan: Wait.... you... you wouldn't dare!

Harry: Then I can be rightfully accused, can't I?

Brannigan: Okay, I'll tell you! Just drop the gun! (Harry places his gun on the floor) (Prague walks in)

Brannigan: Turn on the hologram, Dr. Prague! (Dr. Prague turns on the hologram)

Brannigan (cont'd): This is Amy Lee, an illegal Chinese immigrant!

Harry: She looks quite innocent! What's she been up to?

Brannigan: This woman's in connection with the murders of nuclear scientists Dr. Javier Faussman and Dr. Julio Rojo.

Harry: Past convictions?

Brannigan: She's an illegal immigrant! We don't even have records of her real age! Anyway, we need to track her down!

Harry: Why can't you ask someone else?

Brannigan: Because the suspect knows the names of our agents! She's not just a pretty face, Mr. Hawk!

Harry: And I suppose my records have just been burned?

Brannigan: For purpose reasons only! Amy was last seen in Manchester about a month ago. She's been very quiet. Obviously up to something!

Harry: She may be dead!

Brannigan: That’s for you to work out!

Harry: Wait… what’s in it for me? (Brannigan laughs)
